Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel has been part of the Parks' family of dealerships since 1983. We just built a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Wesley Chapel, we are family-owned, and we are very active in the Tampa Bay community.

What We’re Looking For

We are in need of a new team member to work in our Business Development Center within our Internet Sales Department. Our department is a centralized BDC center for Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and Parks Lincoln of Tampa/Wesley Chapel.
You should be able to multi-task, have great punctuation and spelling skills, as well as a professional phone voice and experience in sales and/or appointment setting.
Flexible work schedule but does require some evenings and weekends. This is a full time position with benefits and paid training. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

In this role, you will focus on warm leads, NO COLD CALLING! If you have worked in a retail BDC, please mention that in your resume.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills and sales history is a plus
• Strong communications skills over the phone
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in and out
